As you can tell from the title, Internet is very expensive here on Ko phiphi (4 baht per minute!!!!) so I might not be updating as much while we're here. We took a boat here this afternoon and the ride was very relaxing and the water waqs gorgeous and aquamarine and light blue, and then sun was out and it was a very good time. When we got into town we took a long boat(which is a long wooden boat with a car engine lifted in the back and a long shaft for the propeller) and it took us 5 minutes to a beach. The ride cost us 80 baht which is obscene. We found a resort with a bungallow for 500 baht, again expensive, but whatever it's beautiful here. From the beach we have a view of Ko Phiphi Leh, which is the island that the movie the beach was filmed on, if you'd like to get a sense of what we're seeing you should go rent it. Jo and I are going to stay here one more night and then head to Ko Lanta for hopefully some cheaper everything. I'm really excited to go snorkeling tomorrow, because you just have to swin about 50 meters from the beach to get to coral and schools and schools of fish!. Anyway this has probably cost me 4 million dollars so I'm going to go. talk to you in some days. Ben. oh and mom, Jena is comming home for five days or so and she said she'd stop in to say hello. bye bye.
Yes I am home!! Just for for these two days so I'll go by your house tomorrow to say hello to the fam and pick up a couple of things :) It's so nice to have internet access for long enough to read your blog. I love hearing about it in such detail!! I'll email you back with more info about my adventures tomorrow (ie: please don't worry about psycho man, as it it now under control!) Love and miss you. Jena
